Sternberg W

A double-bridged version of the "Sternberg" model. The idea of combining the rim with a long, coiled end-piece is inspired by vintage frames encountered by the design team during their stay in New York. The end-pieces utilize a unique structure where the hinge is soldered behind the rim while embedded within the end-piece. Originally separate components, they are designed to blend into the overall minimalist style of the frame. The top bar design is sampled from sunglasses worn by David Bowie in a film in which he starred in the 1970s and combined with the lens shape of the Fall/Winter 2024 model "Minotaur". Original CR39 4-curve lenses are used in the sunglass lenses.
